HIROSAI HQ
HIROSAI HQ is the private operations dashboard that On Brand Dept. built for its own studio. It brings the studio's day into one screen: today's schedule, business email, quick notes and tasks, and a short daily brief.
HQ is not offered to the public. There is no sign-up, and nobody outside the studio uses it. It runs on the studio's own computer and is not hosted on the internet.
Google integration
HQ connects to one Google account that belongs to the studio, using Google's standard sign-in and consent screen (OAuth). It asks for read-only access only:
- Gmail, read-only (
gmail.readonly): lists recent inbox messages (sender, subject, date and a short preview), opens a message when the studio asks, reads the studio's own daily brief emails, and finds marketplace order notices so the studio can log orders. - Google Calendar, read-only (
calendar.readonly): shows today's events from the studio's calendar.
HQ cannot send, delete, label or change email, and it cannot create or change calendar events.
How Google data is handled
- Email and calendar content is shown on screen and kept in memory only while it is displayed. It is not saved to a database or file.
- The one exception: when the studio confirms a marketplace order notice, HQ saves a short order entry on the studio's computer. Personal details from the email are dropped first.
- Google data is not shared with anyone, not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models.
- Access can be removed at any time from the Google account's security settings (Third-party apps and services).
HIROSAI HQ's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
